These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stockflow LTD ("Stockflow", "we", "our", or "us") Inventory and Sales Management System.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Stockflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Stockflow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business.
2. Service description
Stockflow provides an Inventory and Sales Management System designed primarily for Kenyan shop owners and similar retail businesses. The service helps you track stock, sales, and profits across your locations.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date registration and business information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to authorised staff.
- All activity that occurs under your account, including data entered into the system.
4. Subscriptions and payments
After any free trial period, continued access to Stockflow requires an active subscription. Pricing (for example, monthly and yearly plans) is described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge applicable fees using the payment methods we support (such as M-Pesa). Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, for example, not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Use Stockflow to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
6. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Stockflow, you also agree to that policy.
7. Service changes and uptime
We aim to keep Stockflow available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time, and when making material changes we will aim to give reasonable notice where practical.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
Stockflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Stockflow and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
